HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO GET?

Please follow the charts under each product. When in doubt always go with the larger size because they run small. On the leggings and butt lifters, please go a size up from your normal pants size. You can always contact us for help on sizing.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH WAIST TRAINER IS BEST FOR ME? 

They are all awesome! The black latex is the most aggressive and the most popular! It comes in a 3 row hook which is a little longer in the torso area for lower belly fat and longer wear time because it adjusts 3 times as you lose inches. It also comes in a vest for those worried about the back fat around the bra area. You can workout in any of these as well. The sport ones are awesome too just a little more flexible, but aggressive as well. 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY WAIST TRAINER?

We suggest you hand wash and lay flat or hang to dry.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow 7-10 days unless the item you order states it is a PRE-ORDER item. In this case we order it when you order which can take longer for you to receive the item. 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES? 

NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES ON BUTT LIFTERS OR LEGGINGS DUE TO HEALTH CODE REGULATIONS. WE WILL EXCHANGE YOUR WAIST TRAINER IF UNWORN. IF THE ITEM YOU NEED IS NOT IN STOCK WE WILL ORDER IT WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL RECEIVE THE NEW ITEM AS FAST AS YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM YOU ORDERED. IT DEPENDS ON STOCK AVAILABILITY.  TO EXCHANGE, PLEASE SEND BACK TO US WITH A NOTE THAT STATES WHAT SIZE YOU NEED. MUST BE UNWORN AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
